How much is shipping? 

Normally all Australian orders under $40.00 will incur a $6.90 flat rate shipping charge. During the COVID-19 crisis we will be waiving all shipping costs and supplying FREE DELIVERY on all orders.

When can I expect my parcel if I placed an order today and live within Australia?

You can expect your order to arrive within 3-6 business days. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of receiving payment and sent via Australia Post or Courier service.

Are all your products Handmade?

Yes! We hand-make every product right here in the foothills of the Yarra Valley.

Why is my product a different colour to my last one?

We make all of our products from scratch. Due to the fact that we use all natural plant products, there sometimes can be a slight variance in colour. Do not let this worry you as the efficacy of the product will remain the same.

How should I store my product?

Our all natural formulas require some extra care to ensure they remain in an optimal condition. We recommend storing them in a cool ( less that 20°c), dry place and out of direct sunlight.

As the weather warms up we recommend storing our products in the fridge to reduce the risk of unnecessary heat exposure.

Why has my balm gone grainy?

As we use all natural ingredients some of them are more susceptible to the heat. Shea Butter is one of these ingredients. Although we take every precaution to ensure your product arrives in its original condition, occasionally our products get heated up during transport or storage in stores. Although these products are perfectly good to use, you may not enjoy the slightly grainy texture. If this is the case, just heat your product so it becomes liquid, stir with a clean, dry utensil and place back in the fridge / freezer to cool.

What can I do if my product melts?

This is a 2 part answer. 

  1. If you product has melted and is still in a liquid state, we suggest giving it a stir with a clean utensil and placing it in the fridge / freezer to cool as quickly as possible.

  2. If your product has reset after melting we suggest slowly heating it until it becomes liquid, stirring it with a clean utensil and placing it in the fridge / freezer to cool as quickly as possible.

How should I apply my product?

 

We recommend using clean, dry hands to apply our products. 

 

During colder weather, you may need to scoop out a pea sized amount and warm it up with your fingers before applying.

Can I use any products on a newborn?

Many of our products have an age recommendation due to the inclusion of powerful essential oils. Our Baby balm is suitable for newborns up and our many of our balms including Sleep Tight Balm and Itch and Ouch are recommended for use from 3 months +.

10.

Are all product ingredients listed on the pack?

Yes, all product ingredients are listed on the pack. Our products are an all natural blend of only the finest quality ingredients and nothing else! We also list all of the ingredients online with a brief summary of the reasons why we choose to use them.

Are your products tested on animals?

No we do not test our products on animals. We choose to test them on family and friends instead!
